Yes. You define the route and the frequency once and DOP schedules the full season. If it rains, you move that day's jobs without touching the rest.
How do I bill extras?
The extra is logged as a job with its price on the same property, and it lands on the month's invoice alongside the recurring service.
Does DOP run payroll?
No. DOP gives you the visibility: real hours, drive time, overtime and labour cost per route. The payment is processed by your payroll provider, and the ADP or Gusto integration is part of the Diamond plan.
Does it work for HOAs and commercial accounts?
Yes. An HOA with several areas is one account with its properties underneath, billed in a batch with the month's visits itemized.
Does it work with seasonal crews?
Yes. You add seasonal people with their rate and their permissions, and their cost enters the margin exactly like a full-time employee's.
