- What you charged
- How long the job took
- What problems appeared
If prices change every time based on feeling, you don’t have pricing — you have improvisation.
Now examine scheduling.
Ask yourself:
- Who decides when a job happens?
- What happens when a job moves or cancels?
- Where is that information written?
If the answer is “I remember it” or “messages,” scheduling is fragile.
Finally, review payments.
Notice:
- When do you actually get paid?
- How often do you chase money?
- Where do you check what’s been paid?
If payment status lives in your head, it already costs you time and stress.
