How to Add Materials and Photos

When to use this guide

Use this guide when you need to document job results, upload photos, or add materials used during the service.

Prerequisites

  • Job must exist and be assigned.
  • Employee needs access to the mobile app.

Step-by-step (Employee App)

Step 1 — Open the Job

  1. Open the DOP Employee App.
  2. Tap Today’s Jobs.
  3. Select the job.

Step 2 — Add Photos

  1. Scroll to Photos.
  2. Tap Add Photo.
  3. Choose:
    • Before
    • After
    • Damage
    • Issue
    • Proof of work
  4. Take photo or upload from gallery.

Photos sync instantly with the office panel.


Step 3 — Add Materials

  1. Go to the Materials section.
  2. Tap Add Material.
  3. Fill in:
    • Item name
    • Quantity
    • Unit price (optional)
    • Description (optional)
  4. Save.

Materials appear automatically in the office dashboard for billing.


Step-by-step (Office Admin)

Add or Edit Photos

  1. Open the job in Jobs.
  2. Go to Photos tab.
  3. Upload or remove images.

Add or Edit Materials

  1. Go to Materials tab.
  2. Add, update, or remove materials.

Common mistakes

❌ Missing photos

  • Employee app camera permissions are disabled.

❌ Materials not saved

  • Internet connection interrupted.

❌ Wrong material added

  • Edit or delete directly from the job page.
