How to Set Custom Pricing for a Property
When to use this guide
Use this guide when a customer has negotiated pricing, special rates, or different pricing per property.
Prerequisites
- Customer and property must exist.
- Services must be set up in the Services module.
Step-by-step
Step 1 — Open the Property
- Go to Customers.
- Select the customer.
- Go to the Properties tab.
- Click the property you want to configure.
Step 2 — Open Custom Pricing
- Scroll to the Custom Pricing section.
- Click Add Custom Price.
Step 3 — Create Pricing Rules
Define:
- Service
- Custom price (flat or per hour)
- Bonus pricing (optional)
- Discount rules
- Additional fees (pets, travel, extra bedrooms, etc.)
You can add multiple custom prices.
Step 4 — Save Custom Pricing
Click Save Property.
These rules will now override default pricing when creating jobs for this property.
Common mistakes
❌ Custom pricing not applying
- Job was created before custom pricing was added.
- Wrong service selected.
- The system cached old pricing — refresh the page.
❌ Conflicting pricing
- More than one pricing rule for the same service.
