DOP supports automatic Stripe payments and manual payments recorded by administrators.

1. Customer Payment Flow

From the invoice page, customers can:

• Pay with card
• Pay via bank transfer
• Review fees
• Download invoice
• See full job details

2. Stripe Checkout

When paying online:

• A secure Stripe Checkout page opens
• Fees are displayed clearly
• Customer enters card or bank details
• Payment is confirmed instantly

3. Manual Payments (Admin Only)

Admins can record:

• Cash
• Check
• Zelle
• Direct bank deposit
• Other

They can also:

• Add reference numbers
• Add notes
• Attach files

4. Tips & Fees

Customers can add:

• Tips
• Service fees (if enabled)

Fees are calculated automatically.

5. Payment History

Every payment is tracked:

• Amount
• Method
• Notes
• Reference
• Timestamp
• Employee who registered it
