How to Log In to Diamond Operations Pro

Diamond Operations Pro uses a passwordless login system for maximum security and comfort.
All users (Owners, Office Staff, Employees, and Customers) log in using:

  • Their username, and
  • A verification code sent to their email

No password is required.


Who Can Log In?

  • Owners
  • Employees
  • Office/Administrators
  • Customers (Client Portal)

Every user receives their username automatically when their account is created.


Step-by-step Login

Step 1 — Access to https://app.diamondoperationspro.com/ Enter Your Username

On the login screen:

  1. Type your username
  2. Click Continue

DOP detects the user automatically and sends a verification code to the email associated with that username.


Step 2 — Check Your Email

You will receive an email containing a 6-digit verification code.

This works for all user types:

  • Owner email
  • Employee email
  • Customer email
  • Office admin email

Step 3 — Enter the Verification Code

Write the code in the field and click Log In.

If the code is correct → Access granted.

If the code expires → Request a new code.


Logging In as an Owner

To access the Owner Panel (where owners manage multiple companies), check the box:

“Are You an Owner?”

If:

  • You already have a plan, your owner account is active → You enter immediately
  • You don’t have an owner account yet, click:
    Create One → Complete Owner Registration

Owners receive their username automatically when they activate a plan.


Logging In as an Employee

Employees receive their username via email automatically when they are created in:

Administration → Employees → Create Employee → Send Credentials

During login:

  • They enter username
  • They receive code
  • They log in to their employee account (Schedule, Jobs, Timesheets, etc.)

Logging In as a Customer (Client Portal)

Customers also log in with:

  • Username
  • Verification code sent to their email

Customers get the username automatically when the admin creates or updates their account in:

Customers → Manage Customer → Send Portal Credentials

They can:

  • View invoices
  • Pay invoices
  • View jobs
  • View property details

Troubleshooting

“I didn’t receive the code”

  • Check spam/junk
  • Verify email associated with the username
  • Request code again

“My username doesn’t work”

  • Contact your business admin
  • Confirm you were added to the system
  • Make sure you typed the username exactly
