Overview
Customers can log in to their portal using their username + emailed verification code.
No passwords required.
Inside the portal, customers can:
- View invoices
- Pay online
- Submit manual payment details
- View payment history
Step-by-step
Step 1 — Log In
Customer enters:
- Username
- Receives a verification code
- Enters code and accesses portal
Step 2 — Open an Invoice
Customers see:
- Total
- Fees (if enabled)
- Due date
- Breakdown
Step 3 — Choose Payment Method
Online (automatic):
- Card
- ACH bank transfer
Manual (to be approved by admin):
- Cash
- Check
- Zelle
- Bank deposit
- Other
Step 4 — Complete Payment
Online methods redirect to Stripe Checkout.
Manual methods record a pending payment for admin approval.
