What happens with a same-day booking?
The turnover enters the queue flagged urgent and DOP suggests the closest available person. You see it on the same screen you were already working on, not in an email.
Can the property manager see the work?
Yes. The PM portal shows every turnover with its checklist and guest-ready photos, plus their invoices with status. That is what ends disputes before they start.
Can I charge differently per unit?
Each unit carries its own rate and contractor pay. The monthly invoice takes each rate and payroll takes each pay, with nobody calculating by hand.
Does it work if I also do residential cleaning?
